The normal phase of hair development includes daily hair loss, which is estimated to be between 50 and 70 hairs per day for the average person.

Handle your hair with care.

When initially brushing and combing the hair, use a wide-toothed comb. It will aid in preventing hair pulling. Limit the tension that braids, rubber bands, and other hairstyles put on your hair.

Do not brush wet hair.

Your hair is most vulnerable when it is moist. Brushing damp hair must be avoided since it raises the risk of hair loss. If you are unable to avoid combing wet hair, use a comb with very large teeth. Sometimes, rather than a comb or brush, your fingertips can be used to untangle tangles.

Do you prefer hot, warm, or cold water?

Start out with warm water .By doing so, you’ll encourage the pores to open up and be better able to get rid of any build-up or dirt. When applying shampoo, lower the shower’s temperature to lukewarm water, and when applying conditioner, to chill water. As a final rinse, rinse your hair with cold water to seal in the moisture. Additionally, the cuticles are sealed by cold water, giving your hair more shine. Using lukewarm or cold water is best if altering the temperature isn’t an option.

Cleanly rinse the shampoo off.

Oiling.

Coconut oil works nicely on hair. Oil the ends and shafts of your hair. Oil shouldn’t be applied to the scalps of those with oily scalps. You can use it at night and remove it with shampoo in the morning.
